Returns

Returns

All items can be returned within two weeks of purchase except closeouts and discontinued items. All returns must be approved with return authorization # and you are responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees that may apply as well as the shipping costs for “free shipping” items where our actual costs will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be received by us within 14 days from the date you received the item. All returns must be returned in original new condition to receive a full refund.

Damage

We are not responsible for shipping damages and if you receive an item damaged during shipping you need to contact the delivering carrier immediately.
Retain all packing materials and if possible take a photograph of the damage as this will assist your claim process.
Damages and defects not caused by shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time you have received the item.
